Schedule details
When you arrive in the port of Kusadasi, your private guide will be waiting to lead you to your own luxury vehicle, during a 20 minute ride to Ephesus, your guide gives you a brief info about the area and about the country.
As you arrive in Ephesus, you will first see the Magnesia Gate, a marvelous example of ancient architecture that once stood tall as an entrance to the city. Begin a downhill walk with your guide into the city’s ruins. The route will take you past the Odeon, the Celsus Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan and the Great Theater. The theater, one of the city’s best-preserved monuments, it is still used today for the local spring festival. It once had seating space for 24,000 people, and it is believed to be the site where St Paul preached to the Ephesians.
This tour includes a visit to the Terrace Houses. ( Houses of the rich.) used from the 1st century to 7th century AD.
After enjoying authentic Turkish cuisine at lunch, returning to port of Kusadasi where you tour concludes.

- At time of booking, Cruise Ship passengers must provide the following details under Special Requirements: Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
- Children 6-18 years must be accompanied by an adult
- Please enter your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements box at the time of booking, and reconfirm 48 hours prior to the tour’s departure time.
- Ephesus requires walking long distances over uneven surfaces, comfortable clothing and closed toe, sensible walking shoes are recommended. Sunglasses and sunscreen are suggested.
- We will ensure your timely return to the Kusadasi or Izmir port for this activity. If you are not returned to the ship in time to board, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call.

We had a wonderful time on our tour of Ephesus and House of Virgin Mary. Our guide, Yesim, was so nice and a very knowledgeable tour guide. There were only 7 of us on the tour and we really had a nice time meeting the other people on our tour.

Em primeiro lugar, gostaria de dizer que foi o melhor passeio da minha vida eu conheci a cidade antiga de Éfeso a casa da Virgem Maria, a terraço casas de Éfeso a rua do agora o coliseu de Éfeso e também conheci uma pessoa maravilhosa que foi o meu guia em português. O que eu gostei mais foi a antiga cidade de Éfeso a verdade é muito impressionante, imagino como essas pessoas que viviam naquele tempo acho que havia muito mais sábio que agora e muito mais respeitável respectoral tour a verdade não há muito a dizer, pois foi sem dúvida muito bem preparado tudo. O carro de luxo da atenção que a profecionalismo condutor-guia bem preparado e bem informado sobre o local das refeições típicas meu deus foi tudo maravilhoso recomendo 100 % o tour privado de dia inteiro e meio dia só são menos coisas, mas a atenção é realmente o mesmo que de primeira qualidade
hola a todos les quiero contar la experiencia que vivi en turquia tomamos un tour privado de dia completo en efeso primero nos recibieron en el aeropuerto de izmir con un coche van de lujo antes que nos subieramos el aire acondicionado estaba bien fresquito la van despues conocimos a nuestra guia ARZU que hablaba un castellano bastante fluido que me dejo sorprendida y luego comenzamos nuestro tour privado primero comenzamos por efeso la guia nos explico todo como debe ser nos explico la biblioteca el coliseo de efeso las tumbas, las casas terrazas agora y todo lo que esta dentro de efeso luego salimos camino a la casa de la virjen maria fue un camino bastante lindo ya que esta todo lleno de arboles y naturaleza cuando llegamos y vi la casa se me pusieron los pelos de gallina 🙂 fue una experiencia fascinante la verdad luego fuimos a almorzar y regresamos la verdad si tuviese la oportunidad de retornar no tengan la menor dduda que lo haria sin pensar un segundo gracias a todos que hicieron posible este tour privado de dia completo ….

Highly recommend a visit to Terrace Houses in Ephesus !
We would not have enjoyed Turkey as much as we did if we had not taken this tour. The tour picked us up at the cruise terminal. We knew the sites we were going visit but our tour guide suggested the order to visit that would suit us best.
逛完整个以弗所费时2小时，但是绝对值得。经由导游的解说，才知道土耳其人用的蓝色玻璃眼珠的来源。走在大理石大道上，两旁的纪念碑，伟人雕像，及一家一家的店面，可以感受当时的商业的发达。从那座雄伟的Celcus图书馆，就可想象当时的文化水准很高。哦，还有雕了大力士的石柱也不能错过。

The Terrace Houses, though not part of the regular tour, are well worth the cost to visit. The frescos and the tiled floors are great. impressive is that the plumbing from over 2500 years ago still works!!!!
